About the Event
Wake up and hike with us on our Rise and Shine Hiking Series. Being outside in nature has proven to make us happier, healthier, and more creative individuals. Add an extra hour of outdoors time to your day in the cool, peaceful morning. We will be meeting weekly at 6:30 am at different parks in the CU area for an hour walk. All fitness (and experience) levels are welcome. Start your day off right and enjoy the benefits that nature has to offer. Free to attend.
